Welcome to Go Bus India, a trusted name in luxury and affordable bus rentals based in Agra, India. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings must be confirmed through our official website, phone, or authorized agents. A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made:

• More than 7 days before the journey: 90% refund
• Between 3 to 7 days: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Responsibilities of the Passenger

Passengers must adhere to the instructions of the driver and avoid causing any damage to the vehicle. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited onboard. Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the customer.

4. Delays & Route Changes

Go Bus India will not be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. We reserve the right to change routes or vehicles in case of emergencies or operational issues without prior notice.

5. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

While we strive to provide the vehicle type and model requested, Go Bus India reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded vehicle in case of unavailability without additional cost to the client.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Go Bus India is not liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. Clients are advised to arrange personal travel insurance if required.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
